01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ha888" refers to the ha888 online gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, accessible at ha888.ws.
• "Platform" means the ha888 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer lobby, and PKR wallet.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ha888 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered ha888 account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ha888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ha888 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

ha888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ha888 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ha888 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an ha888 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ha888 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification may be required at any stage including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at ha888's discretion.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information provided at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one ha888 Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of ha888 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register or have a ha888 self-exclusion arrangement in effect at the time of registration.

ha888 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by ha888 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ha888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ha888 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication, which is available to all Account holders at no charge from within the account security settings.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. ha888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your ha888 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ha888 support immediately via the live chat facility within your Account. ha888 may temporarily freeze your Account pending an investigation into any reported unauthorised access. Bets or transactions placed by an unauthorised third party prior to the notification of ha888 may not be reversed.

05 Deposits & Payments

All ha888 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ha888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or PKR Wallet are credited to your ha888 Real Money Balance in PKR at the time of confirmation.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 200
• Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. ha888 may apply additional limits based on account verification status.
• Deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability of the relevant payment provider. ha888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ha888 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ha888's control and are your responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of deposited funds and account suspension.

ha888 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request supporting documentation for any transaction where reasonable grounds exist to suspect irregular activity. Deposits may be held pending the outcome of any such review.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ha888 are processed subject to the following conditions and timelines. ha888 targets processing of all withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals may take up to one banking business day depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. ha888 may request documentary verification of alternative withdrawal methods.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal exceeding PKR 10,000 is processed. ha888 may request KYC documentation for withdrawals of any amount at its discretion.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
• ha888 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML checks, or fraud investigations.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ha888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal request can include those funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• ha888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including bonuses already credited to an account that have not yet been wagered, if ha888 determines that a Player has engaged in Prohibited Activity in connection with the bonus.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any promotional offer only once unless the offer is explicitly stated to be a recurring or multi-claim promotion. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity.
• ha888 does not offer bonuses to Players who have registered a self-exclusion arrangement. Bonus funds credited in error to self-excluded accounts will be removed.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

ha888 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions, and other bonus conditions at any time. Updated bonus terms will be published on the Platform and communicated to affected Players.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ha888 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game type, and market. General rules that apply across the ha888 Platform include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. ha888 is not responsible for errors in odds caused by data feed failures from third-party providers; bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at ha888's discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event due to technical issues, score changes, or rule interruptions. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• ha888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount on any market or game at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Results and settlement of sporting events will be based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket matches.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term return figures and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
• ha888 is not liable for any interruption to your gaming session caused by internet connectivity issues on your end. Bets confirmed by ha888's servers before a disconnection are valid and will be settled normally.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ha888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in a Prohibited Activity will have their Account immediately suspended, any balance forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one ha888 Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature of the ha888 Casino or Sportsbook.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered by ha888.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players. Any winnings arising from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be removed from your account balance.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds with the intention of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Coordinating betting activity with other accounts (collusion) in any table game, poker variant, or other multi-player format.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, where doing so breaches a specific legal prohibition applicable to you.
• Attempting to claim the same promotional bonus more than once, through any means including the use of multiple accounts or multiple payment methods.

10 Responsible Gaming

ha888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity safely. All ha888 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming features directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your ha888 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, ha888 will prevent further real-money wagering until the limit period resets.

Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice.

11 Privacy & Data

Any unauthorised use of ha888 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha888 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ha888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting or gaming opportunities due to platform maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages.

• Unauthorised access to your ha888 Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials as required under Section 4.
• Any interruption to your gaming session caused by internet connectivity issues on your device or local network.

ha888's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits ha888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

ha888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ha888 reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• The Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a fraud, AML, or legal compliance risk to ha888.
• The Account holder is in breach of any specific game rules, promotion terms, or responsible gaming agreements applicable to their Account.

You may close your ha888 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus fund balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

ha888 also reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months. ha888 will attempt to notify the Account holder by email prior to closure of an inactive account and will return any positive Real Money Balance to the registered payment method.

15 Amendments to Terms

ha888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Account holders via the email address registered to their Account and will be prominently displayed on the ha888 Platform for a period of not less than seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, or updates required to maintain legal compliance — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of any revision.

If you do not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the ha888 Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ha888's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any dispute as to their validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of ha888's licensed jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ha888 support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. ha888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two business days and will aim to resolve disputes within ten business days of receiving complete information from both parties.
